With a background in professional sports, Quincy brings strong discipline, drive, and a constant desire to improve. Through relentless practice, dedicated training, and countless hours spent on the range running dynamic shooting drills, he has developed a solid understanding of both performance and responsibility in the shooting environment.

Today, Quincy plays an important role within the team by helping other shooters progress, while actively promoting the sport in a safe, structured, and competitive manner.

A firm believer in constant learning, Vince continued to develop his abilities by attending multiple shooting courses both locally and abroad, including advanced training in Poland.
